Frohes Neues Jahr - Happy New Year!

"Es kann nur besser werden!" - Diesen Satz habe ich in den vergangenen Tagen sehr oft gehört, als ich mit Freunden und Bekannten über den anstehenden Jahreswechsel gesprochen habe. Eines ist sicher: das Jahr 2020 wird sicher in die Geschichte eingehen - wegen der Corona-Situation mit ihren vielen Opfern und Einschränkungen, was durchaus nachvollziehbar ist. Aber zumindest für "XtraChill" kann ich behaupten, dass es kein schlechtes Jahr war, denn trotz Pandemie konnte ich Euch Fans wie gewohnt zweimal im Monat von den Covid19-Geschehnissen ablenken - mit tatkräftiger Unterstützung meiner Gäste und den angeschlossenen Labels! Denn Dank deren Kreativität kann ich heute, am 01. Januar 2021, auf ein starkes Podcast-Jahr 2020 zurückblicken. Und diese 337. Episode ist quasi die Quintessenz: 21 Tracks stehen auf der Playliste, wobei sich Debütanten und etablierte Mitglieder der "XtraChill"-Familie (fast) gleichwertig gegenüberstehen. "It can only get better!" - I have heard this sentence very often in the past few days when I was talking to friends and acquaintances about the upcoming New Year. One thing is certain: the year 2020 will surely go down in history - because of the Corona situation with its many victims and restrictions, which is quite understandable. But at least for "XtraChill" I can say that it was not a bad year, because despite the pandemic I was able to distract you fans from the Covid19 events twice a month - with the active support of my guests and the affiliated labels! Thanks to their creativity, today, on January 1st, 2021, I can look back on a strong podcast year 2020. And this 337th episode is practically the quintessence: 21 tracks are on the playlist, with debutants and established members of the "XtraChill" family being (almost) equal.
